Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to fluently speak and read English
  • Basic math and writing skills
  • Prior restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Physically capable of lifting 30 to 50 pounds and performing repeated motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching
  • Committed to upholding company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willing to work full-time and flexible shifts as required

Job Duties

  • Manage a positive team environment by preparing for shifts and deploying staff to meet guest needs
  • Demonstrate respect and dignity when interacting with team members and guests
  • Support training and hold team members accountable for shift performance
  • Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
  • Manage labor, food costs, and cash control systems during shifts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and safety policies
  • Report equipment issues and provide performance feedback to the General Manager
