Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to fluently speak and read English
- Basic math and writing skills
- Prior restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting 30 to 50 pounds and performing repeated motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching
- Committed to upholding company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work full-time and flexible shifts as required

Job Duties
- Manage a positive team environment by preparing for shifts and deploying staff to meet guest needs
- Demonstrate respect and dignity when interacting with team members and guests
- Support training and hold team members accountable for shift performance
- Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
- Manage labor, food costs, and cash control systems during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and safety policies
- Report equipment issues and provide performance feedback to the General Manager
