Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Compliance with Chili's Safety and Sanitation Standards
- Adherence to Responsible Alcohol Service Policy
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and team-oriented

- Leadership experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Adherence to Responsible Alcohol Service standards
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Assist in restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and Guest service and Hospitality
- Review documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations
- Assist with the training of non-management employees
- Assign duties and responsibilities to Team Members based upon work requirements
- Administer kitchen set up by creating prep sheets and station and cleaning duties
- Attend Manager and Certified Trainer meetings
- Perform basic register functions including voids, comps, discounts, other table maintenance
- Assist management in monitoring food and beverage preparation, receiving and storage
- Rectify Guest complaints
- Perform duties of a Server, Bartender, Host, Expediter, Line/Prep Cook or Dishwasher when needed
