Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience
  • Minimum 4 years leadership experience in operations or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience leading frontline leaders
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
  • Effective business writing and speaking skills
  • Willingness to work during non-standard hours and peak periods
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable, punctual attendance
  • Successful completion of interview
  • Willingness to be visible and engaged in operation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience
  • Leadership experience in operations, engineering, vendor management, or manufacturing
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

  • Willingness to work non-standard hours and onsite at airport and catering facilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee multi-site catering operations with consistent leadership presence
  • Lead and coach a team of Catering Operations Supervisors
  • Ensure execution of safety, quality, and on-time performance standards
  • Provide MOD coverage and support disruption management
  • Partner with catering vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive corrective actions
  • Conduct audits and lead safety incident investigations
