Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience
- Minimum 4 years leadership experience in operations or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years experience leading frontline leaders
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
- Effective business writing and speaking skills
- Willingness to work during non-standard hours and peak periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable, punctual attendance
- Successful completion of interview
- Willingness to be visible and engaged in operation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience
- Leadership experience in operations, engineering, vendor management, or manufacturing

Job Duties
- Oversee multi-site catering operations with consistent leadership presence
- Lead and coach a team of Catering Operations Supervisors
- Ensure execution of safety, quality, and on-time performance standards
- Provide MOD coverage and support disruption management
- Partner with catering vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive corrective actions
- Conduct audits and lead safety incident investigations
