Job Requirements

  • Retail and/or food service background with 1-2 years supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to analyze sales figures, ratios, and percentages
  • Competency in reading and comprehending operational instructions and procedures
  • Ability to write professional reports and communicate effectively
  • Capacity to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available for full-time employment with a minimum 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • Experience in retail or food service management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing a team of at least five people
  • Strong math and language skills including ability to analyze sales data and write reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Goal-oriented with problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate retail team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and product ordering
  • Ensure high standards of product quality, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising
  • Assist Store Manager with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with team to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive work environment
