Job Requirements
- Retail and/or food service background with 1-2 years supervisory or management experience
- Ability to analyze sales figures, ratios, and percentages
- Competency in reading and comprehending operational instructions and procedures
- Ability to write professional reports and communicate effectively
- Capacity to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available for full-time employment with a minimum 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Experience in retail or food service management
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing a team of at least five people
- Strong math and language skills including ability to analyze sales data and write reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Goal-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate retail team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and product ordering
- Ensure high standards of product quality, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Assist Store Manager with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with team to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive work environment
