Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week with 10-hour shifts
  • Previous restaurant or management experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Must be a team player and bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience in restaurant management in the quick service industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Experience managing financial aspects such as P&L, food costs, and labor

Job Duties

  • Complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program involving certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
  • Manage a team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment
  • Oversee financial aspects including managing P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
  • Foster teamwork and maintain high standards of professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures
  • Maintain regular and dependable attendance with readiness to work open availability including weekends and holidays
