Job Duties
- Oversee daily food production and kitchen operations
- Prepare and execute recipes
- Estimate food and supply needs and develop prep sheets
- Maintain rotating menus based on customer volume and catering demands
- Supervise and train a team of 10-12 employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards and portion control
- Schedule staff and manage operational procedures
- Coordinate catered events and communicate with clients regarding catering logistics
- Manage ordering, inventory, storage, and temperature controls
