Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of experience working in food service as a cook etc
- six months of experience in a supervisory role in food service industry
- six months or more barista experience
- effective communication skills
- ability to lead and train staff
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to coordinate events and manage inventory
- physical ability to move and transport materials up to 10 lbs
- cognitive skills including analyzing, coordinating, and communicating
- willingness to work Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours or cross-campus duties
Job Qualifications

- six months or more barista experience
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food production and kitchen operations
- prepare and follow recipes accurately
- estimate food and supply needs and produce prep sheets
- maintain rotating menus based on customer and catering demands
- train and lead 10-12 employees ensuring safety, sanitation, portion control, and scheduling compliance
- coordinate catered events and communicate with clients regarding catering plans
- order, inventory, and maintain proper storage and temperature controls
