Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • ability to prioritize own and others work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • available to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel and Outlook
  • demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of guest service principles
  • willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • high school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, experience in management preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintains inventory
  • keep operational standards and procedures
  • ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards
  • ensures that restaurant follows all cash control and security procedures
  • interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and co-workers
  • motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility
  • provides coaching and feedback to shift leaders and crew members to increase the restaurant teams capabilities and raise restaurant performance
