Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged required
- prior supervisory experience in a fine-dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand bend stretch and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- keen auditory and visual senses with a proactive positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged required
- manager food handler certificate prior supervisory experience in a fine-dining restaurant preferred
- familiarity with toast software is a plus
- strong skills in accounting conflict resolution and team development
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- oversee opening and closing procedures ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- recruit train and mentor new staff and manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
- address customer questions complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
- manage payroll tasks balance cash registers and record financial transactions
- uphold health and safety standards and oversee inventory replenishment
- source cost-effective deals on equipment and resources as needed
