Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products
  • valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check
  • physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform required movements
  • willingness to work in indoor environments with occasional exposure to allergens and moderate noise

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support store operations and leadership by performing management duties including cash handling register balancing and audits
  • oversee product logistics including sorting pricing stocking and equipment use
  • train supervise and develop team members in alignment with Goodwill's policies and guiding principles
  • assist with scheduling timecard management supply ordering and maintenance reporting
  • oversee store branding security donation processing product rotation and janitorial upkeep
  • monitor and analyze key performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting
  • support a positive customer and donor experience conduct team meetings and communicate agency directives
  • stay informed on industry trends and competitive pricing participate in Goodwill events and perform additional duties as needed
