Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, culinary or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum of 3 years management or culinary experience in high quality chain or independent restaurant group
  • thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and POS systems
  • ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends and nights
  • required on-site
  • ability to work effectively with limited supervision
  • must demonstrate leadership to motivate others

Job Duties

  • direct and manage back-of-house operations at CityWalk food venue
  • ensure customer service meets standards of excellence
  • support ordering, receiving, and preparing food items
  • enforce recipe execution and kitchen procedures
  • motivate and lead the restaurant team
  • maintain productivity and guest satisfaction levels
  • assist in training development to reduce employee attrition
