Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- two years direct management experience
- ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English
- strong working knowledge in the food and beverage industry
- ability to maintain responsible alcohol service certification
- ability to communicate via written and verbal formats
- ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests and team members
- ability to perform basic math skills
- ability to perform statistical analyses
- ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- ability to work all shifts and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Administers the overall activities of the venue's operation on assigned shift
- establishes and administers training programs within the assigned venues
- counsels, guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties
- direct the development and administration of controls for all phases of the venue in an economical and profitable manner while maintaining established standards
- assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and inspects menu items for maximum customer satisfaction
- supervises staff on shift and ensures proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service with minimum labor hours
- maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures and follows up to ensure that hazards are eliminated
- monitors appearance of food served and communicates deviations from standard
- performs assigned input work in compiling annual budgets
- service standards used to measure success include, turnover rate, high staff morale, labor cost in line with budget and cleanliness of venue
- ensure team members to clean their areas as they perform their duties and assist with cleaning in other areas
- cross-train those within your department while encouraging, reinforcing, and supporting your peers and team
