Job Requirements

- Proven experience in sales preferably in furniture or retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Learn and master the sales process including customer engagement product presentation and closing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist in managing the sales floor including product placement merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Develop a deep understanding of furniture products and stay updated on industry trends
- Support inventory management including receiving stocking and organizing products
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills
- Assist with the scheduling and supervision of sales staff
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and goals
- Handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide after-sales support as needed
- Learn and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
