  • Proven experience in sales preferably in furniture or retail environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Learn and master the sales process including customer engagement product presentation and closing techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist in managing the sales floor including product placement merchandising and maintaining store appearance
  • Develop a deep understanding of furniture products and stay updated on industry trends
  • Support inventory management including receiving stocking and organizing products
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop leadership and management skills
  • Assist with the scheduling and supervision of sales staff
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and goals
  • Handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide after-sales support as needed
  • Learn and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
