Job Requirements

3+ years of bar management experience in fine-dining with nightlife or high-volume hospitality settings
Love of craft cocktails and deep understanding of beverage operations
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure
Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS and reservation platforms
Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

3+ years of bar management experience in fine-dining with nightlife or high-volume hospitality settings
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure
Tech-savvy with comfort using POS and reservation platforms
Supervisory experience in hospitality or beverage operations preferred
Experience with POS systems and basic inventory or financial processes preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Duties

Uphold high standards of bar presentation, guest service, and operational excellence
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of bar team members
Coach and assist new bartenders and bar backs in alignment with established training schedules
Oversee bar operations during service, including inventory control, POS system oversight, and billing procedures
Collaborate on sales-driving initiatives and assist in achieving revenue targets
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Lead by example to foster a positive and motivated team environment
