Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of bar management experience in fine-dining with nightlife or high-volume hospitality settings
  • Love of craft cocktails and deep understanding of beverage operations
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS and reservation platforms
  • Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bar management experience in fine-dining with nightlife or high-volume hospitality settings
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using POS and reservation platforms
  • Supervisory experience in hospitality or beverage operations preferred
  • Experience with POS systems and basic inventory or financial processes preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Duties

  • Uphold high standards of bar presentation, guest service, and operational excellence
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of bar team members
  • Coach and assist new bartenders and bar backs in alignment with established training schedules
  • Oversee bar operations during service, including inventory control, POS system oversight, and billing procedures
  • Collaborate on sales-driving initiatives and assist in achieving revenue targets
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Lead by example to foster a positive and motivated team environment
