Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • valid driver's license
  • must complete and obtain company-paid ServSafe Managers Certification within the training period
  • reliable transportation
  • familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed
  • ability to bend, stand, and walk the entire day
  • ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
  • must be able to provide exceptional customer service
  • must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
  • must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
  • must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
  • 1 year preferred high-volume restaurant supervisory experience including some experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
  • work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
