Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- must complete and obtain company-paid ServSafe Managers Certification within the training period
- reliable transportation
- familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed
- ability to bend, stand, and walk the entire day
- ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
- must be able to provide exceptional customer service
- must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
- must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
- must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
- 1 year preferred high-volume restaurant supervisory experience including some experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment

Job Duties
- Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
- work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
- ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
- full understanding of the teams' accountability and integrity
- key holder
- perform all tasks related to the opening and closing of the store
- knows how to bake bread and perform all prep
- manage and lead crew of 3 to 7 people
- proficient in slicing
- create employee schedule
- place inventory orders
- fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed
- assist in employee training

- participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions
