Job Duties
- manage all aspects of shift operations including cost control and inventory control
- supervise and lead team members ensuring adherence to company policies
- maintain cash control and manage financial transactions accurately
- ensure excellent customer service and handle customer relations effectively
- enforce food safety and team member safety protocols
- set the example by following all company procedures 100 percent of the time
- train and motivate crew members to meet performance standards
