Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
- acceptable motor vehicle record for positions involving significant business driving
- ability to handle constructive criticism maturely
- self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision
- excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- strong team player with leadership capacity
- analytical skills to read reports and count inventory accurately

- conduct audits and manage cash and deposits
- enforce operational standards and safety procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- communicate operational and employee issues to management
- complete paperwork and ensure policy compliance
- execute marketing programs and adjust shifts based on traffic patterns
