Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for roles requiring driving
  • acceptable motor vehicle record for positions involving significant business driving
  • ability to handle constructive criticism maturely
  • self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision
  • excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • strong team player with leadership capacity
  • analytical skills to read reports and count inventory accurately

Job Qualifications

  • track and manage financial controllables like labor and food costs
  • conduct audits and manage cash and deposits

  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • communicate operational and employee issues to management
  • complete paperwork and ensure policy compliance
  • execute marketing programs and adjust shifts based on traffic patterns
