Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurant
  • food safety certification as per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
  • for district managers and similar roles, maintain acceptable motor vehicle record
  • ability to work under minimal supervision
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • proficiency in analyzing reports and conducting inventory counts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurants

Job Duties

  • Assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates

  • ensure communication and problem resolution across shifts
  • uphold company guest service standards

  • resolve guest complaints using BLAST
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor and food costs
  • conduct audits and cash management
  • maintain compliance with operational standards and safety procedures
  • follow opening and closing protocols
  • ensure cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • complete restaurant paperwork timely
  • execute marketing programs fully
  • monitor operational variances and employee issues
  • establish strong relationships with team, management, vendors, and customers
