Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as per state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Job Qualifications

- one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurant
- knowledge of food safety certification as per state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
- experience in employee performance management
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to analyze reports and manage inventory
Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
- implement employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans for staff
- maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide employee feedback
- manage guest complaint resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- track and manage financial controllable expenses including labor and inventory
- maintain compliance with all safety and operational procedures
- follow opening and closing protocols
- ensure food safety compliance
- communicate operational issues to management
- execute marketing programs
- build trusting relationships with restaurant team and vendors
