Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification as per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision

  • assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
  • implement employee orientation programs

  • manage guest complaint resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
  • track and manage financial controllable expenses including labor and inventory
