- implement employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans
- build and maintain positive work environment
- conduct employee performance reviews

- ensure communication channels and problem resolution
- escalate employee issues to management or HR
- ensure restaurant meets guest standards
- lead by example for customer satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using company processes
- track and manage financial controllables including labor and inventory
- conduct audits and manage cash deposits
- maintain operational updates and ensure compliance with procedures
- follow opening and closing procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance with safety and health codes
