Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of restaurant management experience
- valid food safety certification per local regulations
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to maintain an acceptable driving record if position requires driving
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively
- strong analytical skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in overall management of restaurant operations
- ensure adherence to guest service standards
- conduct auditing and administrative tasks
- support human resource functions including recruitment and training
- implement safety and security policies
- manage team development and motivation
- conduct employee performance reviews and handle disciplinary procedures
- uphold 100 percent customer satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using company protocols
- track and manage financial controllables such as labor, food, and supplies
- maintain operational compliance including food safety and sanitation
- ensure proper opening and closing procedures
- oversee cash management and bank deposits
- execute marketing programs
- maintain strong relationships with staff, management, vendors, and customers
- represent the company positively
