Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in restaurant management preferably in quick service restaurants
  • valid food safety certification as per local regulations
  • reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for applicable positions
  • acceptable motor vehicle record for driving roles
  • ability to work under minimal supervision
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and show initiative
  • proficiency in analyzing operational and financial reports

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
  • reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
  • acceptable driving record for positions requiring business driving
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze reports and manage inventory

Job Duties

  • assist in the recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement and utilize employee orientation programs
  • facilitate development and training plans for the team
  • build and maintain a motivating work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
  • ensure effective communication and problem resolution on all shifts
  • escalate HR issues to appropriate management
  • ensure restaurant meets guest service standards
  • lead by example to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • manage guest complaints using company procedures
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor and inventory
  • conduct audits and manage cash deposits
  • develop core behaviors and standards
  • ensure compliance with training and safety standards
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
  • comply with health and safety inspections
  • communicate operational and employee issues to management
  • monitor sales and operational adherence
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork
  • implement marketing programs and recognize business patterns
