Job Duties
- assist general manager in coordinating and taking ownership of team tasks
- oversee day-to-day operations including cost control, inventory control, and cash control
- maintain customer relations and ensure excellent service

- recruit new team members
- handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and time management
- maintain professional appearance and promote brand image standards
- conduct service recovery when needed
- ensure store cleanliness and support marketing initiatives
- manage attendance and punctuality
- ensure dependable transportation to and from work
