Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or restaurant management role preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and have good vision
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency in basic computer software
- Ability to manage cash drawers responsibly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow company systems and procedures with integrity
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong math abilities including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages
- Proficiency in using personal computers and software such as Excel and Word
- Experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Manage a staff of three to 15 employees
- Provide on-the-job training for all employees
- Delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
- Assist in supervising food preparation, sales, and service
- Forecast and estimate food item needs per shift
- Supervise food preparation and service operations to ensure efficiency
- Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service
