Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or restaurant management role preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and have good vision
  • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong math skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer software
  • Ability to manage cash drawers responsibly
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to follow company systems and procedures with integrity
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in English in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong math abilities including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software such as Excel and Word
  • Experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of three to 15 employees
  • Provide on-the-job training for all employees
  • Delegate and oversee ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
  • Assist in supervising food preparation, sales, and service
  • Forecast and estimate food item needs per shift
  • Supervise food preparation and service operations to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service
