Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager internally or 3 years Assistant Manager experience externally
- Must be 18 years or older
- ServSafe certification
- Completion of Assistant Manager training classes
- Effective communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift 10 to 65 lbs
- Able to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of the shift
- Able to operate restaurant equipment and computer
- Ability to drive personal vehicle for business use
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years Assistant Manager experience for external candidates
- 100 percent certified in all workstations
- ServSafe certification required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math abilities
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required
- Ability to operate computer software applications
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruiting selecting training developing and evaluating restaurant employees
- Monitoring staffing levels and ensuring training systems are implemented
- Identifying and developing internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- Providing excellent internal service and creating a friendly safe workplace
- Managing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
- Monitoring compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Responding to guest concerns professionally and ensuring resolution
- Using management information tools to analyze performance and develop action plans
- Executing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitoring costs and budget adherence
- Acting as a role model for guest service excellence
