  • 1-3 years of prior restaurant or retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates the doing of team member and shift leader with ease, enthusiasm and excellence
  • Is responsible for developing their understanding of the business to the level of a general manager over the course of a year
  • Acts as a spark for joy to guests, creating real connections and teaching the team to do the same
  • Champions an environment that fosters fast goal-surpassing speed through effective deployment and team motivation
  • Takes responsibility for hitting sales goals through the connection between speed and service
  • Leads problem resolution with calm professionalism, emotional maturity and commitment to understanding
  • Organizes and improves administrative tasks linked to business success
  • Enforces cash-handling policies and manages store funds during shifts
  • Places, receives and verifies orders, conducts inventory control, manages waste and rotates inventory appropriately
  • Applies a holistic approach to store success, considering all shifts
  • Investigates root causes of problems to create sustainable changes
  • Embeds core values such as support, fun, authenticity, ownership and service in daily work
  • Embraces growth and development with humility and curiosity
  • Leads with a global view of the Caribou brand from store to company level
  • Builds a strong, open relationship with the General Manager
  • Drives competitive spirit to meet and exceed goals
