Job Duties
- Manage and run shifts by coaching and training employees
- Ensure overall effectiveness of the operation focusing on people, sales, and profit
- Maintain high standards for customer service and food quality
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
- Monitor and support employee performance and development
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
