Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain
- Previous experience in restaurant leadership preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Assist store operations including hiring and managing associates to meet financial goals
- Direct team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in store leadership training programs
- Maintain food safety and Serve Safe certification standards
- Oversee daily store activities and schedule adherence
- Promote team development and mentorship
- Manage store performance and resolve operational challenges
