Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience in restaurant leadership preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Assist store operations including hiring and managing associates to meet financial goals
  • Direct team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Participate in store leadership training programs
  • Maintain food safety and Serve Safe certification standards
  • Oversee daily store activities and schedule adherence
  • Promote team development and mentorship
  • Manage store performance and resolve operational challenges
