Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
one year restaurant management experience
food safety certification as required
reliable transportation
valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
acceptable driving record for significant business driving positions
ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under minimal supervision
strong organizational skills
excellent attention to detail
self-motivated and able to work independently
team player with an optimistic approach
effective at managing employee performance and motivation
strong analytical ability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
food safety certification according to state or local requirements
advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to analyze reports and inventory
effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
ability to maintain positive employee and customer relationships

Job Duties

Assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
implement employee orientation programs
facilitate training and development plans
build and maintain positive work environment
conduct performance reviews
provide feedback and recognition
address employee relations using constructive disciplinary measures
ensure communication and problem resolution
ensure restaurant meets guest service standards
lead by example to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
resolve guest complaints using company processes
track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits, and cash management
maintain and protect company assets
ensure compliance with training, opening, closing, safety, and security procedures
maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
monitor deletions and overrides
complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
comply with all company policies
implement and execute marketing programs
recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
