Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification as required
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
- acceptable driving record for significant business driving positions
- ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under minimal supervision
- strong organizational skills
- excellent attention to detail
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- team player with an optimistic approach
- effective at managing employee performance and motivation
- strong analytical ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and inventory
- effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- ability to maintain positive employee and customer relationships
Job Duties
- Assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
- implement employee orientation programs
- facilitate training and development plans
- build and maintain positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews
- provide feedback and recognition
- address employee relations using constructive disciplinary measures
- ensure communication and problem resolution
- ensure restaurant meets guest service standards
- lead by example to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using company processes
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits, and cash management
- maintain and protect company assets
- ensure compliance with training, opening, closing, safety, and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
- monitor deletions and overrides
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with all company policies
- implement and execute marketing programs
- recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
