Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification as required
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance for driving positions
  • acceptable driving record for significant business driving positions
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under minimal supervision
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • team player with an optimistic approach
  • effective at managing employee performance and motivation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful

  • ability to analyze reports and inventory
  • effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to maintain positive employee and customer relationships

Job Duties

  • Assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
  • implement employee orientation programs
  • facilitate training and development plans
  • build and maintain positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews
  • provide feedback and recognition
  • address employee relations using constructive disciplinary measures
  • ensure communication and problem resolution
  • ensure restaurant meets guest service standards
  • lead by example to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction
  • resolve guest complaints using company processes
  • track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits, and cash management
  • maintain and protect company assets
  • ensure compliance with training, opening, closing, safety, and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
  • monitor deletions and overrides
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • comply with all company policies
  • implement and execute marketing programs
  • recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
