- Flexibility to work within 50-mile store radius
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
Job Qualifications

- Previous management or leadership experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist in managing store operations to meet financial goals
- Hire, train, and manage store associates
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in and complete store leadership training programs
- Maintain compliance with safety and food regulations
- Manage scheduling and labor costs
- Support team development and conflict resolution
