Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work within 50-mile store radius
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of store operations and financial management

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing store operations to meet financial goals
  • Hire, train, and manage store associates
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Participate in and complete store leadership training programs
  • Maintain compliance with safety and food regulations
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs
  • Support team development and conflict resolution
