Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work third shift occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on phone during shift
- Physical demands include bending climbing balancing kneeling crouching and twisting
- Will encounter toxic chemicals such as cleaning agents
- One year supervisory experience
- Two years customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Recruit hire train and develop high performing team consisting of Member Service Representatives Trainers and Custodians
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members prospective members and guests ensuring team follows superior customer service guidelines
- Manage team including scheduling shifts ensuring coverage leading by example coaching resolving team member issues discussing disciplinary measures with management
- Handle front desk duties including answering phones assisting callers checking members in signing up new members giving gym tours facilitating member requests and issues
- Ensure timely opening and closing of gym and oversee cleanliness safety and maintenance of facility including equipment repair communication
- Manage marketing efforts train team on promotions authorize expenditures refunds make daily bank deposits prepare HR forms track statistics and reports maintain backup support for absent team members
