Job Requirements

open availability required
ability to work 40-50 hours a week
willing to work day shifts and night shifts
at least 18 years of age
ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
ability to stand, bend and reach throughout shifts
eligibility to work in the U.S.
pass all required assessments to become certified through Jimmy John's
willingness to coach and task-manage employees

Job Qualifications

management experience within the food industry preferred
ability to perform and train all aspects of assistant manager, person in charge, in-shopper and delivery driver positions
basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude
strong organizational skills
ability to handle fast-paced situations
leadership and communication skills
