Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • serve safe certified preferred
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • food safety knowledge with Serve Safe certification preferred
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
