Job Requirements
- high school diploma required
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- hold Serve Safe certification or equivalent
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for up to four hours
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced, high noise environment
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- able to quickly adapt to changing work conditions
Job Qualifications

- food safety certification such as Serve Safe
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
- leadership or management experience is a plus
- ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- assist in hiring and managing store associates
- direct team members to achieve financial and operational goals
- maintain high standards for food safety and guest experience
- participate in a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training
- manage daily store operations efficiently
- ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- foster a positive and productive team environment
