Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • hold Serve Safe certification or equivalent
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to stand for up to four hours
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced, high noise environment
  • ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
  • able to quickly adapt to changing work conditions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • food safety certification such as Serve Safe
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
  • leadership or management experience is a plus
  • ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • assist in hiring and managing store associates
  • direct team members to achieve financial and operational goals
  • maintain high standards for food safety and guest experience
  • participate in a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training
  • manage daily store operations efficiently
  • ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • foster a positive and productive team environment
