Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or related field
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage schedules and staffing
- Familiarity with cash handling and inventory processes
- Physical ability to perform restaurant duties
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work full time
- Ability to comply with labor laws and company policies

- Ensure team certification according to current training process

- Maintain facility and customer areas

- Deliver quality products to Del Taco standards
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards
- Ensure employees wear proper uniforms
- Ensure consistent service experience
- Ensure POP and signage are present and correct
- Assist General Manager in identifying and communicating sales goals
- Align staffing with projected sales
- Increase customer count and check average
- Support local store marketing opportunities
- Monitor local events and competition
- Execute speed and service standards
- Execute marketing promotions flawlessly
- Maintain staffing levels according to sales
- Comply with labor laws
- Manage inventory to reduce waste and theft
- Ensure cash handling procedures
- Perform cash audits
- Execute safety and health standards
- Manage service vendors to control costs
- Achieve controllable cost targets
