- Administering disciplinary actions including suspension and termination
- Developing and growing team members
- Executing Del Taco standards and using company processes 100% of the time
- Maintaining the facility and customer areas
- Ensuring equipment is operational and safe
- Delivering quality products consistent with brand standards
- Adhering to cleaning schedules and standards
- Enforcing proper employee uniforms
- Ensuring consistent service experience
- Maintaining approved POP and signage
- Assisting in setting and communicating sales goals
- Aligning staffing levels with projected sales
- Increasing customer count and check average
- Supporting local store marketing initiatives
- Monitoring local events and competition
- Executing speed and service standards
- Flawlessly executing marketing promotions
- Maintaining staffing levels in compliance with sales
