Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred
  • some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • manage inventory costs and perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections
  • place and receive inventory truck orders
  • maintain and monitor restaurant assets
  • ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • follow all cash control and security procedures
  • motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
  • provide coaching and feedback to shift coordinators and team members
  • direct the team toward efficient preparation and sale of products within speed of service guidelines
  • uphold operational and brand standards
  • perform duties of hourly shift coordinator when necessary
