Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred
- some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
- demonstrated leadership skills
- demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- manage inventory costs and perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections
- place and receive inventory truck orders
- maintain and monitor restaurant assets
- ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment
- follow all cash control and security procedures
- motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
- provide coaching and feedback to shift coordinators and team members
- direct the team toward efficient preparation and sale of products within speed of service guidelines
- uphold operational and brand standards
- perform duties of hourly shift coordinator when necessary
