Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Food Safety certification Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for up to four hours
- Reach across countertops to serve customers
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications

- Leadership and team management experience preferred
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Job Duties
- Assist in the operation of a single store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in and complete store leadership training program
- Maintain food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- Adapt and manage daily store operations efficiently
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
