Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 6 months experience in fast food or similar role
  • ability to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to take orders and operate cash register
  • completion of Assistant Manager training classes
  • attainment of ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • at least 18 years old
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform basic math
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • flexibility to work any day or time including weekends and holidays
  • ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Internal promotion preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • minimum 6 months JIB or similar experience
  • 100 percent certified in all workstations
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • at least 18 years old
  • completion of Assistant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • ability to perform basic math
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • availability to work 40 hours per week and flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests

  • monitor staffing levels for development and talent
  • implement training systems for employees on workstations
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness following procedures
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • develop and execute action plans to increase sales and profitability
  • monitor costs and adherence to budgets and goals
  • make decisions based on experience, policy, and company values
