Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to stand for up to four hours
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Serve Safe food safety certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • passion for providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • assist in daily store operations including hiring managing and directing associates
  • ensure achievement of financial goals and exceptional guest experiences
  • conduct training and mentorship for team members
  • maintain compliance with food safety and health standards
  • manage scheduling and labor costs
  • oversee inventory control and store cleanliness
  • support store leadership and implement company initiatives
