Job Requirements
- high school diploma required
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for up to four hours
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership or management experience preferred

Job Duties
- assist in daily store operations including hiring managing and directing associates

- conduct training and mentorship for team members
- maintain compliance with food safety and health standards

- oversee inventory control and store cleanliness
- support store leadership and implement company initiatives
