Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • stand for up to four hours
  • work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • ability to adapt to dynamic work environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in operating a single store to achieve financial goals
  • hire, manage and direct associates to ensure operational excellence
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • participate in a 3 or more week paid store leadership training program
  • maintain high food safety and quality standards
  • manage store scheduling including flexible hours and weekends
  • address and resolve conflicts and difficult situations in the store
