Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- stand for up to four hours
- work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- ability to adapt to dynamic work environment

Job Duties
- Assist in operating a single store to achieve financial goals
- hire, manage and direct associates to ensure operational excellence
- deliver exceptional guest experiences
- participate in a 3 or more week paid store leadership training program
- maintain high food safety and quality standards
- manage store scheduling including flexible hours and weekends
- address and resolve conflicts and difficult situations in the store
