Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license and maintain it
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and development
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
  • remain calm and organized in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • display positive and friendly attitude towards all guests
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to meet the physical demands of the restaurant environment

  • develop and lead team members by setting goals and action plans for growth
  • maintain a strong, positive, and friendly attitude towards guests
  • oversee restaurant operations during shifts
  • assist with hiring and training staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
