Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a State-approved license and maintain it
- strong knowledge of team leadership and development
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- remain calm and organized in a fast-paced atmosphere
- display positive and friendly attitude towards all guests
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to meet the physical demands of the restaurant environment

- Partner with the Restaurant Manager to run a profitable and well-operated restaurant
- control costs and help build sales to maximize profits
- ensure excellent customer service and a professional restaurant environment
- develop and lead team members by setting goals and action plans for growth
- maintain a strong, positive, and friendly attitude towards guests
- oversee restaurant operations during shifts
- assist with hiring and training staff
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
