Job Duties
- Ensure proper staffing levels by recruiting and interviewing talented team members following company guidelines
- Manage FOH team members including scheduling, performance feedback, and discipline
- Responsible for ongoing training and professional development of all team members, with a focus on FOH staff
- Effectively communicate with the management team and corporate team to ensure service standards
- Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals through internal incentives
- Prepare daily and weekly labor projections based on business performance
- Recognize accomplishments and create a performance-based workplace where winning is standard
