Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing levels by recruiting and interviewing talented team members following company guidelines
  • Manage FOH team members including scheduling, performance feedback, and discipline
  • Responsible for ongoing training and professional development of all team members, with a focus on FOH staff
  • Effectively communicate with the management team and corporate team to ensure service standards
  • Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals through internal incentives
  • Prepare daily and weekly labor projections based on business performance
  • Recognize accomplishments and create a performance-based workplace where winning is standard
