Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a supervisory role in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant
Ability to follow safety and cash handling procedures
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Reliable access to a personal vehicle
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
Ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift
Adherence to company and legal safety standards
Knowledge of and compliance with human resources policies

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations including cost control and performance evaluation
Proficient with technology tools relevant to hiring and learning
Ability to analyze financial reports
Commitment to continuous personal and professional development

Job Duties

Identify core issues in complex situations and encourage team discussions on possibilities

Execute success routines and coach operational procedures such as shift accountability and cost controls
