Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant
  • Ability to follow safety and cash handling procedures
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift
  • Adherence to company and legal safety standards
  • Knowledge of and compliance with human resources policies

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations including cost control and performance evaluation
  • Proficient with technology tools relevant to hiring and learning
  • Ability to analyze financial reports
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development
