Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant
- Ability to follow safety and cash handling procedures
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- Ability to push or pull up to 90 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift
- Adherence to company and legal safety standards
- Knowledge of and compliance with human resources policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including cost control and performance evaluation
- Proficient with technology tools relevant to hiring and learning
- Ability to analyze financial reports
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development
Job Duties
- Identify core issues in complex situations and encourage team discussions on possibilities
- Seek continuous feedback and improve personal performance
- Execute success routines and coach operational procedures such as shift accountability and cost controls
- Champion and role model company culture and teamwork
- Use technology tools to assist in building and retaining strong teams

- Analyze financial performance and partner with RGM for improvements
- Ensure adequate staffing and implementation of marketing initiatives
