Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain and maintain per state mandates
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and developing goals
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment
- Positive and friendly attitude towards all guests
