Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- ability to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends
- serve safe certified
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- capability to handle conflicts and difficult situations
- compliance with eligibility for benefit programs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in operating the store to ensure smooth daily business activities
- hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- oversee the training, coaching, and development of team members
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards including serve safe certification
- manage scheduling, inventory control, and payroll activities
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- resolve customer issues and handle conflicts effectively to uphold the company’s reputation
