Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
  • Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Possess finger and hand dexterity for tools and equipment

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
  • Serve Safe Food certification is a plus
  • Serve Safe Alcohol certification is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress and problem solve effectively
  • Experience in team training and development
  • Understanding of safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficient in restaurant operational technology
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • Cultivates a culture in accordance with core values
  • Ensures immediate response and correction of guest complaints
  • Ensures guest contact with required table visits
  • Maintains departmental inventory levels
  • Ensures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
  • Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
  • Maintains safety and security programs
  • Promotes cleanliness and sanitation
  • Performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
  • Promotes recruitment and referrals
  • Implements training procedures
  • Maintains trained staff through orientation and training
  • Develops employees using performance documentation
  • Provides feedback and works on employee development
  • Monitors employee performance and documents disciplinary actions
  • Assures compliance with company policies and laws
  • Controls cost in assigned department
  • Drives food and liquor inventories and completes paperwork
  • Assures sanitation standards meet or exceed health department standards
  • Provides role model for managers and employees
  • Develops self on store-related technology
  • Works in all positions as needed
  • Uses management development program for growth of leadership skills
