Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum experience requirements as stated (1+ years Shift Leader or 1 year Assistant Manager internal, 3 years Assistant Manager external)
- 100% certification in all workstations if internal promote
- completion of Assistant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- excellent English communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- capability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- valid driver's license and insurance required
- ability to use personal vehicle for business duties
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1+ years experience as a Shift Leader or 1 year as an Assistant Manager internally, or minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager externally
- must be 100% certified in all workstations if internal promote
- must complete Assistant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- self-starter who takes initiative
- working knowledge of personal computers and related software
- must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure sufficient development and talent
- implement and adhere to systems for employee training on workstations
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and Team Leader positions
- ensure effective execution of "My Promise to You" and the Service Profit Chain
- create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- recognize and reward employees appropriately
- ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
- ensure guests receive exceptional service and food quality
- monitor adherence to food safety requirements
- respond to guest concerns professionally and timely
- maintain positive brand image through consistent food quality and cleanliness
- serve as a role model for guest service
- analyze operational and financial performance using management tools
- develop and execute action plans to increase sales and profitability
- monitor costs and adherence to budget and goals
