Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications if required by law
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience or 1 year of management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for training and developing team members
- General knowledge of computer operations

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the sports bar to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage and develop team members by providing training and leadership
- Enforce compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and responsible alcohol service
- Lead in-house marketing initiatives and execute rewards programs
- Monitor safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate scheduling and labor management to optimize operational effectiveness
