Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant management or related field
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency with management information systems
- physical ability to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
- ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- have good organization and planning skills
- knowledge of food safety best practices
- knowledge of budgeting food cost and sales
- basic knowledge of personal computer and related software applications
- must be a self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
- physically must be able to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
- lift and carry 15-25 lbs
